Return & Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Time Frame:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Returns/exchanges requested after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

3. Return/Exchange Process:

  • Provide your order number, details about the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
